3. SMS/Text Message Communications

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and deal volume. On average, active dealers may receive approximately 2-10 messages per week during periods of deal activity. You may receive fewer messages during slower periods. We only send messages that are directly relevant to your business operations and dealer account.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from us
- Updating your notification preferences in your account settings
- Contacting us at support@mydaltra.com
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from Daltra Capital. Reply HELP for help." Opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications such as email notifications.
Opting Back In
If you have opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you may opt back in by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or by texting START or YES to our messaging number.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS text messages based on your mobile carrier plan. Daltra Capital does not charge you for text messages sent to your phone, but your carrier may charge you for receiving them. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan and pricing.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is compatible with most major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
